Orders

Upon placement of an order and receipt of that order by DYLANLEX and/or Marketplace product customers will be sent written confirmation via email. Please check spam folders if emails are not received within 24 hours. Any alterations to that order will also be confirmed with the customer via email notification. Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. Please note, an order placed for multiple items may result in multiple or partial shipments. Please allow 5-7 business days from the time of purchase for order processing however we do strive to process orders within 24 hours of order receipt.

Due to Covid related delays in shipping, shipping times will vary by destination.

Please note and allow for this. Given the handmade nature of our products, items that become sold out may not become available again for a few weeks. We appreciate your patience. DYLANLEX reserve the right to cancel and refund any order, at any time, for any reason. For any questions regarding orders, please contact info@dylanlex.com. We will always make our best efforts to accommodate requests for expedited processing.

Shipping Speeds

Should you require expedited shipping in the form of guaranteed next day delivery or second day delivery you will be given the option of making these selections on our check-out page. Those rates will vary according to package size, weight and final destination.

For all packages, shipping rates will vary according to package size, weight and final destination. Duties and import taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

DYLAN LEX is not responsible for any delays due to shipping times by carriers, or for each country's customs agencies processes.

All transit times begin after product is processed and shipped. Estimated transit time for international shipment assumes normal customs approval without delay. All shipping methods are not available for all destinations. All shipping policies are subject to change at any time for any reason at DYLANLEX discretion.

Require Signature For Delivery

While reviewing the shopping cart page at the beginning of the checkout process, checking the box marked “Require signature for delivery” will indicate that the shipping provider (often UPS) must require a signature or other acknowledgement of receipt prior to leaving the package at its destination. DYLANLEX is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the package is confirmed delivered by the shipping provider.

If “Require signature for delivery” is not selected, the customer is agreeing that packages may be delivered and left even when a recipient is not present, and such packages will have been delivered per the shipping provider's standard confirmation. If “Require signature for delivery” is selected, and for some reason the recipient is unable to provide a signature or other acknowledgement and delivery is delayed as a result, it will be the customer's responsibility to arrange delivery or pickup from the shipping provider using the tracking information provided by DYLANLEX.

Defective or Incorrect Merchandise:

In the event that you receive an incorrect or faulty DYLANLEX item, we will expedite your claim. First, follow the exact procedures listed above for a traditional return. When completing the Returns Initiation Form found at dylanlex.com/returns you will be given the ability to mark the product as “Damaged Upon Arrival”. You may also elaborate about the defective nature in the section marked “What is the reason for your return?”

When completing the Returns Initiation Form found at dylanlex.com/returns you will be given the ability to mark the product as “Damaged Upon Arrival”. Once our Customer Service team has received the item and confirmed it to be faulty, a UPS Return label will be provided and a refund will be issued in the form of a gift card.

Upon completing the form found at dylanlex.com/returns you will be shown a confirmation screen summarizing your claim and prompting you to print. In addition to printing the page for your shipment, please also save that page to your computer or mobile device as a pdf or screenshot, and email that file to info@dylanlex.com with the subject line “Faulty On Arrival”. Someone from our team will then contact you within 24-48 hours to expedite your claim and cover expenses.

Merchandise will be deemed faulty only if it is determined that it was faulty at its time of shipment, or if it were damaged during its time in transit. Merchandise damaged after delivery are not considered faulty, and therefore would not be eligible for return. DYLANLEX is not responsible for damaged or stolen merchandise after delivery has taken place. In returning incorrect or faulty merchandise, all of the standard rules of our Return Policy will apply. We cannot guarantee that items will be in stock at any time.

Product Care

DYLANLEX jewelry is handmade with intricate detail and delicate components. Therefore, all pieces must be handled gently and with great care. For example, do not casually toss jewlery into bags or allow jewelry to hang loosely in luggage. In order to maintain vintage appearance and feel, we do not recommend cleaning the jewelry. However, you may use a dry, soft, jewelry specific cloth to gently remove dust. Do not use any liquid cleaning solutions of any kind. Please enjoy and handle with care!

Privacy Policy

DYLANLEX.com (“the site”) takes your online privacy very seriously. The sites privacy policy is governed by the following. Any and all use of the site constitutes acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree with this policy immediately cease use of this site. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.

When you purchase something from our site, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our site, we also automatically receive your computer's IP address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. We may occasionally send you informative, product, and sales related emails to your address on file. If you wish to opt out of receiving these communications, please notify us at any time of your request to be removed from our communication contact list. We may use cookies in order to collect information on your purchases of our products. However, these automatically stored cookies do not contain any of your personal information, financial/home address, etc.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Policies.

Security Policy

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. We follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt of jewelry purchased from Dylanlex.com and Dylanlex stores. Jewelry must be unworn and in original condition.

All refunds and exchange requests will be evaluated by an expert Dylanlex customer service representative. Refunds will be returned on gift cards at the original product value. No refunds for shipping charges will be given.

Any purchases made at a discount including virtual appointments, archive sale, birthday sale or in person events are considered final sale.

Mobile Terms of Service

The DYLANLEX mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by DYLANLEX (“DYLANLEX”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to DYLANLEX’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of DYLANLEX through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with DYLANLEX. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18334322897 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other DYLANLEX mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
