Returns & Exchanges
General

Returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery (per tracking info).

Items returned after 7 days may be rejected or subject to a 25% restocking fee, at DYLANLEX’s discretion.

Final sale items (purchased with discount codes or from the MARKETPLACE page) are not returnable.

Returned merchandise must be unworn and include all original tags, seals, packaging, and documentation.

Items must be shipped back securely to protect fragile contents. Damaged, worn, or incomplete returns will not be accepted.

Items received through an exchange are only eligible for re-exchange at DYLANLEX’s discretion.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Use a trackable, insured shipping method—DYLANLEX is not liable for lost or damaged returns.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for purchases from the DYLANLEX product lines.
DYLANLEX exchanges may only be made for items of equal or lesser value. Upon valid return of your original item, you will be shipped your new item and your original payment method will be refunded for the difference in price. If you wish to exchange your DYLANLEX item for a more expensive DYLANLEX item, you must either:

Return your current item for a full refund and then purchase your new item in a separate transaction, or

Exchange your current item for a DYLANLEX gift card, which can be used toward the new, higher-priced item along with an additional payment method.
DYLANLEX cannot guarantee the availability of specific styles for return or exchange. If your desired replacement is unavailable, you may indicate whether you would like a refund or gift card for your original item.
Product Lines
The DYLANLEX branded product lines are sold via sections of dylanlex.com displaying a black header bar with the trademark “DYLANLEX” branding in white at the top center. DYLANLEX items arrive in packaging that says only DYLANLEX, or velvet pouches bearing the trademark logo. All items from the DYLANLEX product line can be found and identified by visiting:

Procedure
To initiate a return or exchange, please submit a Return Initiation Form found at the bottom of this page. Customer Service will reply via email with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The RMA will allow our team to identify and process your package accurately.
IMPORTANT:

You must include the RMA inside your return package on a piece of paper.

Returns received without an RMA may be returned to sender or significantly delayed.

Customers are responsible for their own return shipping. We recommend using a method that provides both tracking and insurance, as DYLANLEX is not liable for lost or damaged packages.

After our warehouse receives your return, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear in your account after your return is processed.
