Repair Policy

DYLANLEX offers lifetime repairs on (most) jewelry product sold directly from the DYLANLEX product line.

Complete the Repair Initiation Form below to submit your repair request.

DYLAN LEX must approve your repair request before mailing your piece back to us.

Repairs may take up to 16 weeks from the date the item arrives at our factory.

The customer service team will provide monthly updates during the repair process.

All components, pieces, crystals, and parts must be provided by the customer for repair eligibility.

Non-jewelry accessories, clothing, and DLNLX BY DYLANLEX items are not eligible for repair.

As all DYLANLEX items are handmade, some variation may occur.

DYLANLEX cannot guarantee repairs for items damaged by extraordinary circumstances, unreasonable, unexpected, or reckless use.

All determinations of acceptable use and possible repairs are at DYLANLEX’s discretion.

If components need replacement, they will be replaced with the closest possible match, also at DYLANLEX’s discretion.

DYLANLEX does not offer repairs on items from the DLNLX BY DYLANLEX line.
Please note: This repair and replacement policy only applies to items damaged via normal wear or due to a pre-existing defect. If it is determined that the product was intentionally damaged or damaged through accident or negligence outside the control of DYLANLEX, the claim may be rejected at DYLANLEX’s discretion. In such cases, the customer may be responsible for any fees associated with retrieving their item.
Procedure

Complete the Repairs Initiation Form below.

Our Customer Service team will contact you via email to confirm whether your repair is approved.

Once approved, you will be invoiced a $45 Lifetime Warranty Repair Fee.

After the invoice is paid, a UPS return shipping label will be emailed to you. To ensure proper tracking and processing, please use only the shipping label provided.

Repairs may take up to 16 weeks from the time your item is received at our factory.

You will receive tracking information via email once your repaired item has shipped.

If your shipping address changes during the repair process, please notify Customer Service immediately to avoid delivery issues.
