Orders are processed within 3 business days. Depending on delivery speed and time you placed your order, domestic orders arrive between 3-5 business days. International Orders can take between 4-7 business days. This does not include the customs and duties process which varies upon country.

At this moment, we do not offer expedited shipping, but if you have a last minute event, please email info@dylanlex.com and we will do our best to get you your piece!

To ensure that your DYLANLEX piece arrives securely to you, we require a signature upon delivery. Please note someone must be home to receive and sign for the package. All items are discreetly packaged.

Our shipping partners will try again the next business day or contact you to ensure a delivery when someone can accept the package.

You should have received an email from info@dylanlex.com with your tracking information, but sometimes our emails get lost in your spam folder. If it is not in your spam, please email us at info@dylanlex.comand someone will be sure to help you!

Orders may be returned or exchanged within seven (7) days of the original order's arrival. If your returned items are shipped back to DYLANLEX beyond the qualifying return window, DYLANLEX reserves the right to reject package and the return, or accept the return with a 25% restocking fee, at the discretion of DYLANLEX. Exchanges are only available for purchases from the DYLANLEX product lines.

DYLANLEX exchanges may only be made for items of equal or lesser value. Upon the valid return of your original item, you will be shipped your new item and your original payment method will be refunded for the difference in price.

Again, we must emphasize that the confirmation page MUST be printed and included in your return package or will not be processed. We also recommend that you save a copy of the confirmation page for your personal records.

For the ultra simple, our Beau chains that have a variety of charm options are always a great starter item for layering. For the bolder, we recommend the Gilded Phoenix for a more one and done layering look. Chains and crystal chains are brass. Each piece undergoes a plating process where 5 microns of 18k Gold Plating, Silver Plating, or Black Plating is applied to each piece. This process is done in New York. After the plating process, each piece is inspected and hand oxidized for a vintage look. 

In the box our pouch your piece came in. Over time, oxidation occurs naturally so keeping your pieces in a box, pouch, or jewelry box is best.

Oxidation is a process we hand create with our New York manufacturers to create a vintage look to each piece. Minimizing wearing oils, excessive lotions, or going in water with your pieces will minimize the amount of oxidation to your piece over time.

While each piece is meant to look aged purposefully, if you do have a certain area that you would like shinier, take a dry microfiber cloth and wipe the desired area. Do not use liquids.
